Terms & Conditions

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

We understand that at times the unexpected can occur, making it necessary to change the time of your appointment. Should this happen, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to re-arrange your appointment – under these circumstances please note the following conditions apply: –

  • Any changes made to an appointment under 48 hours will result in a fee to your saved card. The fee will equate to 50% of the reserved service cost.
  • If you fail to inform us of your need to cancel your appointment and do not attend, you will be charged on your saved card at your full appointment service cost.
  • If you are currently on a package of pre-paid treatments, the same charge conditions will apply, or you will forfeit your appointment within your package.
How to Find Us!
Location

The Studio is a hidden-away haven right in the centre of Newport Town. We are located on Newport High Street, down a small walkway right next door to Costa Coffee!

Parking

We know how hard it is to park in Newport! This is why we make your appointment with us even more hassle-free by offering our own parking.

We have allocated parking to the back of our premises. To reach our parking, drive up the service road between the B&M and Waitrose car park. You will go through one car park, continue through that and you will see our parking spaces on the left-hand side.

Access

As you come in through our front door, you’ll find a security intercom system to use in order to enter the reception. Simply press the button for your specialist, depending on who your appointment is with. (If you don’t know who your treatment is with, don’t worry – feel free to press any of our names!)

 

 

Payment Options

We want to make feeling amazing as accessible as possible for everyone. That’s why for any course of treatments over the value of £300 we can offer 0% finance to cover the cost of treatment. This can be spread over 12 months. Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more.

Online Tools & Client Management

Our online booking system is a really easy way to manage all your bookings with us! You can make, amend and cancel any booking (we just ask that you give us more than 24 hours’ notice). Please see our full booking and cancellation terms and conditions above.

Coronavirus
Our commitment to your health and safety 

We have staggered our appointment times to reduce the number of people in the building at one time, and to allow additional time for cleaning our treatment rooms between clients. We have also implemented a cleaning schedule, which will be taking place throughout the day, in all areas of the building. 

We have set up sanitising stations in the entrance of the Studio, and in each room for clients to use. We ask that you utilise these and, sanitise your hands when you enter the building for your appointment.

To ensure safety, we will be wearing PPE during treatments, including masks, gloves and aprons. 

Remember, we now offer online skincare and general consultations, so you can still get in touch with us if you’d prefer to stay at home.

 

Before Your Appointment

For optimum safety, and to allow for a contactless checkout system, we strongly encourage you to store your card details on your personal, secure account with us. You can do that using this link https://bit.ly/myelitecarddetails

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any coronavirus symptoms.

Please avoid bringing anybody with you to your appointment and keep your belongings such as bags etc. to a minimum.

Please adhere as closely as possible to your appointment time. If you arrive early, we request that you remain in your car until the time of your appointment. We have client parking to the rear of the premises which is available to use when you visit.

Your treatment
  • Please come to your appointment wearing a face mask or face covering.
  • Please sanitise your hands when you enter the front door
  • If possible, please avoid using the toilet facilities. Please note we will ensure it is disinfected after use.
  • We will reduce any unnecessary time that you need to spend in the reception area. However, where clients may need to use reception, chairs have been spaced out to maintain social distancing.
